Saskatchewan 2007 Annual Report respecting Terrorism provisions of the Criminal Code of Canada

April 1, 2006, to March 31, 2007

Section 25.3 of the Criminal Code of Canada requires every competent authority to publish or otherwise make available to the public an annual report for the previous year which provides information regarding the number of public officers designated or authorized in Saskatchewan by senior officials pursuant to section 25.1 of the Criminal Code, and the activities undertaken by public officers under those designations and authorizations. This Annual Report is published in compliance with those requirements for the period from April 1, 2006 to March 31, 2007.

During the period from April 1, 2006, to March 31, 2007, there were no provincially designated senior officials in Saskatchewan.  As a result there is no reportable information for this reporting period.
