Did You Know In an effort to recover millions of dollars in unpaid fines owed to the province, the Ministry of Justice and Attorney General began partnering with the Canada Revenue Agency in the 2008-09 tax season to garnish federal government income tax and GST credits from people who have not paid fines. Branches, Boards and Commissions Court Services Branch1010-1874 Scarth Street Court Services is both a branch of the government and a servant of the court. As a servant of the court, Court Services Branch provides administrative services to the judiciary and carries out the orders of the court. As a branch of government, Court Services is responsible for providing and enhancing an efficient and effective forum for just and equitable dispute resolution by the courts of Saskatchewan.
